so i stopped using my rgh for a couple of months because i misplaced my power cord. i got a new one today and it works, but i try to turn it on and my console powers on and sounds like it is booting up but the light comes up and everything, but it is not booting up. even the chip in it is lighting up too. i have been looking this up all day and have tried every trick but nothing works

Try removing the hard drive and try it again also unplug from power supply for 30 seconds and try that. After you remove the hard drive Let me know if it boots

Ok, let's establish a few things here
Can you see a red and flashing green light (depending on where it was placed) through either the top grill or around the back ports(best to do this in the dark) also is the power button flashing or solid
Hope we can help
