So, we've gone from;
"an affordable about $1000 gaming PC thats fast"

to
"$1000 give or take"
"Run the high end games like R6"

and now to
"I mean i want to be able to stream, play R6 and other good games out. like i want to multi task with dual monitors"

What you're asking for doesn't make sense, and is confusing. You want a fast PC? Fast at what? What specifically are you using the system for? What are some examples of games you'll be playing? What other programs will you be using, if any?

What is your full budget and currency for everything you need(including monitors, etc), and what exactly do you need? PC, monitors, anything else? Do you have any PC components already, such as HDD or anything?

If you'd actually read the rules and how to request advice thread, you'd know we need more information than what you're giving us, and what information we need.
