so every time i load up the modded default_mp.xex with a mod menu installed my console turns off and reboots. i was completely fine a few days ago until i get on and this starts happening. i haven't changed anything, kv, stealth etc.

Delete the Default_mp.xex and re-copy it into the game folder.

black ops 2 but i fixed it
