In a sense what im saying is, i have to run due to a condition just to keep my body healtheir but think its possible to run + bulk up and build muscle? running around 3 5ks a week? would that impact you to much or woud it be , i wanna be healthy over anything.

Aslong as you're not being put into a caloric defecit because of the cardio, it wont make a difference.
For example, consuming 5000 calories per day at a maintenace of 3500, burning 500 calories from running wont harm your bulk in anyway since you're still in 1000 calories surplus.
Basically just eat enough to make up for the calories you're burning and you'll be fine.
