Mikey wrote Brah this is great, I just started the gym 2 days ago, I kinda know what im doing, but the problem I have is not eating enough, is there something i can do or take to make me more hungry lol, sounds stupid but im a small guy 75kg atm, but when i train I get upto around 80kg - 85kg, but i want to get over 100kg.

EAT BIG TO GET BIG but its hard

The more you continue to eat, the more your body will get used to it. So just force yourself to eat a full meal every 2-3 hours.

OT:

1-You ever juiced?
2- What weight did you start at?

1 - Yeah, currently using anabolic steroids, growth hormone and insulin. To compete in the top amateur/professional world, these are a must unless you have genetics like Kevin Levrone, Ronnie Coleman or Phil Heath which are 0.0001% of the population. Even then, to get to the top of their game they are using. Im not the typical 'steroids to get hench' guy lol, I have regular blood tests and monitor my health through my GP doctor to ensure my health is good as its my #1 priority.

2 - Started at 19 @ 11.5 stone/161lbs. Skinny fat with a gut, no vascularity and very unfit and weak lol I couldnt even bench press 20kg. 37 months on so just over 3 years im where I am now and very strong for my age even though I feel weak (thats what I get for watching too many CT Fletcher videos and other top level pros lifting)

Can you upload a picnof wat u look like ?

No homo lol

Ill be at peak of my bulk soon, end of september my conditioning is w*nk and photos dont really do me justice because 6ft 4 lol, not a 5ft 8 manlet (lol if youre 5ft 8). I have instagram, @ ptbynathan , if you wish to look at some photos lol. An interesting photo is the one of me standing next to my missus with my relaxed arm and no gym or diet for about a week while on holiday, being bigger than her face haha.

Rarely upload to social media at the moment to be honest, with regards to gym and progress. As Im making the transition from powerlifting to bodybuilding, I dont feel I can upload at the moment until im about 10% bodyfat and actually dont look like a fat shit hahaha

Hahaha yes lad you're a unit. That 2 year transformation was pretty monster as well.

if you read the comments ive claimed what i have used so no, never claimed natural when Im not natural.

When I was powerlifting i frequently sat on about 500mg test, then either dianabol or anadrol dependant on time of year. Tested waters with other drugs but never found them beneficial for me at the time.

Since the day I made the transition, im sat on 600mg test EW, 600mg deca EW and 100mg anadrol ED until last week of september. Then ill drop down to 300mg test and 100mg tren ace eod with 50mg winstrol until start of december. Drop down to a cruise 125mg test e10d for 2-3 months then head into a tester prep (as if I was competing). Not competing next year but need to see where I am at in August, Then plan on competing in the year after in my final years of Junior and will compete in first timers too.

Wow, very informative thread!

I have some questions.

I weigh 14.6 stones or 205lbs. Im 6'5" and worked out extensively during the summer. I had a very rigorous manual labor job and lifted weights Mon-Fri after work.

Benching has always been important for me as I wanted a large chest to fill out my rather lengthy awkward frame. I work out with 225lbs (102kg) and do 3 sets of 10 with this weight. I pressed 305lbs (138kg) twice when trying to figure out what my max bench was.

Welp, now Im back at my University and can not have a gym membership/weights.

What are the best workouts for chest that you can do with just your body weight? I do 100 pushups every morning but am wondering if there are other techniques that I can do. I do not necessarily need to gain any mass, just maintain what I have.

Shame you cant have a gym membership. Push ups are probably favourable, maybe switch them up to make them harder. First I would switch up the hand width so standard width, to wide, to narrow. Superset them so 10 narrow 10 wide 10 standard then rest. Then maybe you can add weight to your back if possible.
Then the angle of the push up, so maybe put your feet on some leverage so maybe your bed so youre almost pointing down, hits the chest from a different angle.
Slow the negatives down, so a 3 second negative to get your nose to the floor then explode back up, rinse and repeat.

I would recommend getting some of these, they're like £10 max. Like JME said, but also factor in some pause reps, where you pause at the bottom for a few seconds each rep with max tension.
