I havent downloaded more then 10%, but when i opened the file in power iso its was just wallpapers, all the trailers and Screenshots. This is the 12gbit PC version.
And cause I know you guys dont belive anyone, I took screenprint

"Its" the PC version, the xbox is only 7-8 gbit, but the PC is 12gbit. But all the PC gamers who thought this was real, its not.

Edit: I may have explained myself a bit wrong, this is fake. The real PC version is not out yet, off my knowleg.
