Yeah it takes a little while to start working again. When that happens I tend to wander around, kill some high priority targets maybe do a public event or I fast travel to the other fast travel place (forgot the name) and loot around that side for a bit.

It does start working again, I think for just grinding tokens doing the Nesus teleport/checkpoint reset one is better. But if you want to get kills and level up and so on then do this Titan method.

Yeah I meant to include in the video that I typically run over to the public event where the walker spawns to check and see if it's active, sometimes it'll pop and not be on your map. If you stop getting tokens just cash your current ones in and keep opening chests. It's totally normal to get a few "dead" ones in a row.
