My laptop is a toshiba satellite c50d-b-120 and i have $400 to upgrade it, i want to make it perform like a good gaming laptop would but i dont know what i will need to replace and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

Wouldn't bother honestly. Save your money for a new laptop if thats what you;ve got your eyes on.

You're really limited to what you can do with the mobo anyway

I agree. Just save your money for a gaming laptop or even if you feel up to it a gaming computer.

Build one and about another 100 quid or so could get you decent rig for the doesnt need to be 1000 quid.You can always upgrade over time.

Take that $400 and build yourself a PC.

You're not going to be able to upgrade that laptop to perform well in games. At best, you can 'upgrade' RAM.
