Missing a case. You also don't need to buy thermal paste. The PSU is garbage. Don't buy an R5 1500x. Either get an R5 1400, or an R5 1600. Definitely don't get an i5.

Spend the extra $50 for the R5 1600 if you want. I'd suggest getting a used GTX 970 or GTX 980 instead of the 6GB GTX 1060, if you can, since you can find used GTX 970s for $150-180, and GTX 980s for $200-220.

No, because you'll be spending at least $200 to add the 2nd GTX 970, and instead of paying $350 or so for 2 x 970s, you'd be better off just getting a used/cheap GTX 1070 for $350-400, or maybe even a used 980Ti for like $300. Do NOT go multi-GPU.

2 x GTX 970s available for $180 each;

GTX 980, one for $200 and the other for $215;

and a watercooled 980Ti;

This is more expensive than you can get 980Ti's for since it's a hybrid card, I've seen normal air cooled 980Ti's go for $270-$300 recently.
