I'm not sure if this phone is sold in UK but the galaxy j3 is what i have, paid 80$ and it is a top of the line smart phone.

The LG G4, the J3, or anything 2015~ onwards will be just fine for that range if you can find them used, or cheap. Just look around on ebay, you'd have a good chance of finding some fairly decent listings.

Not too familiar with the cellphone networks in the UK, but the Blu R1 Plus isn't too much out of your budget and is a pretty decent spec phone for the price.

Read the listing, and you can usually message to check how it will be shipped, or it says it there itself. Just read the listing, and pay attention to user reviews. You can also look around on amazon, but that is for mainly newer retail selling prices.
