So my computer has been working fine and all of a sudden today I come home and turn it on to play project cars 2 and it gets 130 fps maxed out but I look over and my evga 1070 hybrid logo that lights up is flashing then the light turns off and I get off the game then the light comes back on and all seems well so I get back on the game and the light flashes again and shuts off then I get in a race and I'm getting 42 fps and I kept doing these getting on and off then I try cs go and the light stays on but I get in a game and I'm getting 150-230fps when I would normally get somewhere in the high 300's or so range. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times, reinstalled the 1070 driver once and put it in max performance and nothing works and I don't have the slightest clue what is wrong. Some help would be appreciated?
