the hard drive holder is probably interfering with the wiring from sounds of it. chip sounds good wiring not so good.

Test your PC connection to the console. after that , go into dashlaunch and make sure xbdm.xex is plugin 1 and save then reboot should be good then

i test my console connection to pc and it says pc not listed

fixed it but cant connect to teapot, do you know if teapot is down?
