It's not uncommon for some things with XRPC/JRPC plugins to stop working randomly. If certain tools can connect, and certain tools can't, it can be linked to a weird issue that another user had who I tried to help. It ended up being that the only thing that fixed it was resetting his computer. I'm unsure if you uninstalled all xbox related libraries on your computer, and then re-added them if that would work. I believe it has something to do with certain files being corrupted, but again I can't be sure.
