So the fans you have now look to be a 3-pin header based off their website. Since the P400S case does not have an optical bay drive, you can get an external fan controller to run all the fans.

13 actually showed me this as I have not seen or even used an external fan controller. It is above the budget you listed for fans; however, I'm sure there are cheaper versions out there. Just make sure to research how they are connected before buying if you go that route. I have never used an external, only internal fan controllers, so it may be different.

I am curious as to why they're not showing up in your BIOS though. I have used 3-pin fans without a fan controller before and I was able to adjust their speed in BIOS - albeit, very vague with "slow, medium and fast/max." Might have been my motherboard for that PC which was a Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 7.

Anyways, white LED fans kind of limits you to quality of fans. Corsair is of course one of the first that comes to mind; however, I believe there was 1 pair of fans that are really loud and another that can leak the fluid for the fan bearings as it is running.

If we are going white LED, then Corsair is the only one right now that I can think of.

Do note, these are PWM fans. The fans you previously had were 3-pin connector. If you need to connect to the motherboard look for a PWM to 3 or 4-pin connector.

Alternatively, if you want just white fans with a black frame, I would go with the Phanteks PH-F140XP (140mm), Fractal Design Dynamic GP-14 (140mm) or the Fractal Design Dynamic GP-12 (120mm)

So obviously it will depend on what you want with the size of the fans 120mm or 140mm. The Phanteks is a PWM fan; however, it looks to come with their own set of adapters for a 4 to 3 pin connector. The Fractal fans are a straight 3-pin connector.

Don't overpay for a brand that rips off corsair.

@taiga I run a mix of SP120/ML120 on my loop fans, and as intakes haven't had any issues since I got them, they can be loud, but that's under full load for ~8 hours max.
