So here is the deal.

Currently I have the turtle beach Ear Force XP Sevens. The User Guides and other documentation for these headphones can be found [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .

I considered these headphones to be a rare gem as they work so well with multiple devices. I have the USB plugged into my computer so i can use the game chat output on my computer and the advanced sound editor. I have the fiber optic cable going from a 3 to 1 spliter with my consoles hooked up to it and then it also has a 3.5mm jack on the control unit i can plug into my xbox/ps4 controller for chat or even a phone if i wanted.

The issue is that these headphones have run their course and are dyeing i am looking for a replacement headset that matched this setup. wire or wireless it does not really matter i am just trying to maintain my currently level of versatility.

If anyone has any suggestions or advice please let me know.

P.S. Replacement does not have to be Turtle Beach Brand.

UPDATE 1: I have seen the Turtle Beach Elite Pro Tactical Audio Controller. It is very similar in terms of versatility and is a major consideration but it lacks some small features the XP7 Audio Controller has such as a volume control for the aux input and surround sound speaker angle and volume manipulation.

UPDATE 2: I have noticed my current headphones just have a 4 pole jack that plugs into my Audio Control unit so i may consider just buying a new set of headphones only and plugging them into the audio controller i already have.

you can find them used on amazon or ebay for fairly cheap, or a replacement. Not many replacements IMO you could go for the x12's they were fine at the time.

I guess i had not considered just buying a new pair of the same thing. i was just thinking since i needed new headphones i might as well upgrade. but that is a good suggestion and thank you.
