I made a video with the issue where my laptop starts up and immediately goes into a loading screen and then black screens. Anyone who can help me?

Allow the laptop to do the disk checking. Usually it starts that way if it pc shut off unexpectedly and needs to make sure the files integrity are still valid.

I do and it sits there at 0 the entire time and won't move. even leave it for ours and it doesnt budge

When booting into the laptop, press ALT+ F2 I believe it is for ASUS machine and perform a HDD scan. Diagnostic scans will help you identify if the HDD has corrupt or missing sectors.

If that doesn't work, try F12.
