I've been playing ultimate team since the early access released, traded to 600k and now my account has been suspended D:, i rang ea and explained my situation and the person just ended the phone on me. Any ideas on what to do next? I'm currently waiting in a live chat window.

I don't know how this game works, but if you was exploiting or using a method of some sort for coins, then they have every right to suspend you, and you'll either need to wait it out, or not be unbanned.. they wont do anything if you explain you cheated. xD

I've not cheated. The only method ive been using is sniping after i packed higuain and a few other 40-50k players. I spent 120 pounds on packs i wouldnt chance using an exploit or glitch apart from the loyalty glitch

They'd ban you for any glitch, just get in contact with them on the support chat and ask them why you are suspended, do not tell them what or how you did anything, just let them tell you XD

Oh nice, the chat adviser asked for my origin account email and when i gave it to them they ended the chat session. Great customer support

Moral of the story is dont glitch and you wont get banned. play it legit. i have 4 squads legit. my clubs is also worth 40million overall. its not hard to play without cheating i dont get it.
