Eh I know caffeine is not good for you and I try not to drink that much soda or stuff like that but sometimes I do. I try to stick mostly with water though.

Caffeine abuse causes me to stay awake most nights into the early hours of the morning. But going without it and being so groggy just sucks. Thinking about cutting it out all together tho and seeing where that gets me

Coffee used to help me get through mornings, stopped drinking it about a year ago feel much better running on regular energy without the need of caffeine. I'll still have a soda or iced coffee once in a while when i'm craving it.

I quit drinking caffeine a few years ago and realized a great loss of weight. I still refuse to drink it.
