Healthy eating = eat the same shit you eat, just less of it and miss some of them out

Basically when I met my partner I was 8st ish then I went to 15st and I was like holy god

So I kept eating the same stuff but instead of having it as much as I was having it, I drank energy drinks along with a sand which (white bread)

Went to the gym now and then, dropped to 10st didn't like that I was lighter

So went up to 12st now I'm decently muscular and healthy
