Can you be more detailed? Like if your loading a game it freezes or while on the dashboard?

whenever I load up a game, mw2, mw3, bo2 etc... my RGH just freezes, no message no nothing so turn my RGH off, it sometimes freezes on dashboard but sometimes I can have my RGH on for 5 seconds and it freezes

Try putting on a blank launch INI and see if that works

Take destruction off and try to launch games and see if it freezes. Every once and a while destruction messes with my console pretty bad. My buddy chat has issues with it and ninja somtime

I bet it's NiNJA's offhost + Destruction completely overloading your console's memory

Try removing Destruction and see if it still happens.

even before I had destruction it still froze every now and then but I thought you need destruction as a plugin to use it

To use Destruction? Yes you need it as a plugin. Sometimes Destruction just doesn't like to work or it causes a lot of issues with the console itself. Just try turning it off and on again and see if you get it eventually. If that doesn't work it could just be your games files. If all else fails maybe try re-downloading the files and/or recopying the disk.
