Have you botted at all? I got banned last year for transferring from a bot account to a clean one and my ban even carried over to 18 lol

Actually no I had multiple accounts for different games on my PS4 and wanted just one main account so the other day I posted all the players for the max buy now and just did that a bunch of times about 500k in all. Bought OTW Morata played a couple games today and then logged on after work and Im locked out. They said they emailed me the reason why Im suspended or banned and how long the suspension would last but I never received that email and EA support over the phone is worthless.

Did you get a straight up block or have you had a warning already or had your coins wiped ??

No I had no warning and no coin wipe at all. This is my first thing Ive ever did wrong. Im kinda confused on why I wouldnt get a coin wipe or warning first. I was hoping I was just suspended for 3 days and then when I logged on theyd give me a warning but I have no idea how they do things. And like I said I never got them email actually telling me what I did wrong.

Hmm very weird , I had my coins wiped when I had 3.4 million lol all completely gone but no block but now I've given more coins to my account lol and I'm sat at about 1mil so I'm nervous now that I am going to get a block aswell

on fifa 17, i was transfering coins from one account to another. got banned perma banned on both accounts, was told it is against the rules. ban all on fifa's apart from 14 for some weird reason.

Check your email which should provide more info. Being blocked usually indicates that you have been banned. It would be better calling them rather than emailing, the response will be better.

I appreciate it but I never received the original email. Ive talked to ea support multiple times and they dont give me any actual answers. Ive received an email today saying that they received the appeal and it could take up to 72 hours to get back to me. I just think its super harsh for a first time ban after spending $60 on game and another $60 on packs but whatever EA is a piece of shit company lol..
