The phone itself isn't terrible, it is more iOS being the bad part about Apple phones, and before the whole argument starts. I like open ability so I prefer Android.

The phone itself is good, overpriced, but good. The S8 would be a more stable investment, and not much to worry about with scratching, but this goes for the iPhone 8, just get some TG and you're good.

I think a key point to make is you should be more sensible with your phone.

I have a Samsung S7 and it hasn't got a single scratch on the screen. I don't use a phone protector or case. People just need to be more careful with their expensive items.

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and yeah my phone has been in a case since day 1 and it's got slight scratches on the back, which I'm not sure as to how it happened.

I had the iPhone 4 and then switched to Android. So, Ive had android for about 6 years now. Until last weekend, I went out and got the iPhone 8 plus. Honestly, the beginning was ROUGH.. lol. But I'm used to the phone now.. as protection goes, I have always been told the iPhone is meant to break lol... but on day one I went and got a case from the store itself. Two days later I had some screen protectors from amazon show up and now were here a week later. I have noticed zero scratches due to being protective. But, I thought the glass was supposed to be pretty okay to begin with so idk
