any b81, or b85 board will be fine. You can find them fairly cheap for mATX. ATX is where your price shifts. Look on ebay, or craigslist, good chance someone might have one for fair pricing.

Why do you need a new motherboard?
What Xeon do you have? Im assuming its still LGA1150, so an E3-1230 V3 or 1231 V3?

Intel Xeon Processor E3-1231V3B 3.4 4 LGA 1150

And my current motherboard died on me as stated above. Also prefer a pcpartpicker link

I like the first board you recommend not much the second one. If that's the best board available for that price I'll take it but I don't mind paying a bit extra for more features if they're %100 compatible with my build. Thanks

Id get the ECS board, no point spending a lot of money on a motherboard for a dead socket, but you can get this maybe;
