My pc was blue screening and freezing all the time and I'm pretty sure it wasn't drivers becauze it happened even when I reset my pc completely
So I bought the same motherboard thinking that could be the issue with a connection in the board somewhere and I have built my pc back together and now it won't do anything once turned on I even went out and bought another 2x8gb RAM to see if it would fix my blue screening and freezing problems and my pc won't do anything other than turn on and just see a black screen and that's using both boards whereas before I replaced my motherboard it worked but bluescreened or completely froze after 5mins of being on a game but now it's not doing anything after turning on???
The pins in the place where the CPU goes (idk it's name) some of them are bent on both motherboards? Could that be what is causing my issue? And if so what do I do? I literally got the board today so should I try to return it?
I bought it from Ebuyer but never signed in and just used the guest login how do I return it? Do I have to phone them? Cauze I couldn't access the return page without signing in but I used a guest login so i never made an account
Please help me I just wanna play games

Bent mobo pins will definitly cause it not to work. Either return to seller or fix. It should be as simple as calling customer support
