Since you preffered AMD i kept it that way. Dropped the 1060, went with a 1070, you can upscale and still have buttery performance.

Did not add a case, as it is more of preference. In terms on modularity, the p400/p400s, enthoo pro M TG or acrylic panel. Both would be in relative budget. You don't need an aftermarket cooler, the stock is perfectly fine even with an overclock. swapped the board for something similar to what you had, just ATX.

Swap out the fans
, or drop the DVD drive, you can always buy an external USB one. I would buy a fan controller for the simple fact of if you're going PWM you're likely going to have a constant spinning hub. NZXT has a nice one.

If you wanted to save some money, grab a better SSD you could swap out the 250GB for a 500GB model for around £70 more. Drop the CPU down to a 1400 and overclock it IF YOU WANTED TO LOWER THE PRICE. You could also just keep your list, and change out the SSD at any point or add in another at any point really.

Other than that, really the ONLY thing you need to pay attention to is RAM pricing. Whatever the cheapest 2x8GB 3000-2800Mhz kit is i would go with, you can always paint, or hydrodip the RAM heatspreaders, nothing to hard to take apart usually.

alright thanks @mitochondria just one final check lol. so i removed the DVD drive since i didn't really need that and added the fan controller i also changed the HDD and SSD and added an extra fan since ill be taking all current fans out of the case and swapping them with the ones in this build. could you just have one final check and see if i need to remove or improve anything in the build. im OK with the price at what its its currently at now but i don't really want to spend much more thanks for all the help

Seems solid IMO the ONLY thing that I would consider changing back is the HDD to 2TB and dropping the cooler, as honestly, the spire is a quiet as is cooler which is nice; but if you're looking to overclock get the aftermarket (that price is ridiculously good for it right now)
