So ive had a shitty wireless adaptor for a while and just bought a new one but it was really temperamental so i returned it and still need to replace the current one. Budget is £50

Get a cheap one off amazon, really wouldn't spend over £20 or go to a local shop and find one.

You could also just do powerline adapters. IMO more reliable if you have multiple devices, can just grab a switch and some more cables.
