So if I buy it UK time at midnight Friday morning I can't buy it Australia store before midnight Friday morning UK time

Also if u buy it Digital (Download) u arent allow to play until the time is come who it wil unlocked to play, but as CD u can buy it but u cant say that u become it erlier every shop made this for his own...for example Gamestop arent allowed to give the game earlier but if Activion say to Gamestop u can than he can do it but often only one day erlier, a shop who isnt in a Placement with Activion can sell it everytime he want

for the UK it's 12am MIDNIGHT
if you purchase it Digital copy of the game it will unlock at 12am MIDNIGHT (UK)

It'll still be 12am for you probably, don't think it will be released earlier anywhere, even if it was servers do not come up until the same time in every location. say it's whatever time in the AU and 12am in UK, that's how it works.
