If I get a tattoo before I'm 18 with parents consent, considering I'm still growing, will the tattoo stretch out and look ugly as I get older or do you guys suggest that I just wait?

Depends on where you get it and how much more you will grow. If you still have a lot to grow it will look stretched. But if you have a little bit to grow then you should be fine. But you should also ask the artists before you get it.

My brother got a tattoo that reads "Carpe Diem" on his shoulder when he was 16. He's 21 now and it hasn't stretched at all.
