with a mod menu or without one i always get put into a empty lobby and no one joins no matter what anyone know a fix i wanna play with some real people

More than likely the method you are using is causing a Closed NAT Type to occur. Make sure this is not the case because it will generate empty lobbies if you cannot connect to anybody else.

Try restarting your internet and restart the game also.

Well with a JTAG you need real gold to get online with other people (if that's what your referring too) if not then its possible your nat type is closed and therefore it can't find anyone.
