Most likely, if he boosted that much, he'd be banned.

Okay boys and girls, Just did some research and this guy or these guys aren't even in the race challenge. They aren't streaming and got 6th prestige? Doesn't show us all of his stats, KD/R or anything so it's a little suspicious.
