On the first or second day of the game, I got an epic weapon variant called the 'The Triple' and I simply cannot find it

Anyone know what this is?

I was wondering the same thing, your not the only one with issue. I unlocked "the triple" as well, its a variant for the shotgun right? Mine shows the green star like i have it but its not there.
