PC was hacked on launch day. The only thing it would require on Xbox would be someone who knows how to run unsigned code on XB1. Which is not impossible, just nobody knows how to do it thats come forth. I saw, with my own eyes, a master prestige level 80 something the morning before the US launch. If you think he's legit, even if he boosted, you're an idiot. He has 22 hours played right now, and is master prestige 576 with someone now above him being 627. No amount of boosting could possibly get someoen that high with so little time played. Trying to deny what I just said means YOU'RE dulusional.

EDIT: XP is also glitched, some games you earn more you can get 10 kills receive 40k XP, it's him simply boosting no hacks.
