Better off actually building your system.

Usually I would agree that it is better to build you own PC, the price is pretty solid.
I parted out a similar PC with as identical parts as I could, and the ebay listing is cheaper.

Plus my link didn't include keyboard and mouse (granted you could get a comparable set for 20$).
Edit: I'm honestly pretty shocked that a pre-built pc is pretty close to the actual price of building one yourself, in this case.
Something else I would suggest for 50$ more (assuming you want to stay with the prebuilt market) is this Acer from Newegg on ebay. It has a GTX 1060 3gb and it has 128GB SSD with 1TB HDD.

Except that you could build a comparable system for slightly over $500;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] / [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($168.48 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($74.49 @ Newegg Marketplace)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($39.80 @ Amazon)
Video Card: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($139.99 @ Amazon)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($19.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($33.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $516.73
This still includes a better case and PSU as well.
Or for $600, you could go with a better, Coffee Lake system.
OP- The price definitely isn't terrible, there are worse pre-built systems out there. However, it's not worth it IMO. The CPU is pretty bad due to the really low clock speed, and the PSU is pretty much guarantee'd to be absolute garbage.

The issue I have with building it myself is that 2/3 times, I run into an issue that I can't figure out. If I put something in wrong or there's a faulty part, I have no idea what the part is or how to even figure out what the issue could be. For example, my old PC is busted and I can't figure out why. When I flick the PSU on the LEDs on the board, case, etc. light up, but the power button won't turn it on. I can tell because when pressed, none of the fans spin up nor can I hear the HDD whirring. I replaced almost every part with no success. So, I gave up. That's why I plan to just buy one pre-built and pre-owned, so that way the seller can be certain there's no issues, because it's already been working.
Long story short, I'm not good enough to maintain them/can't figure out what went wrong if I made a mistake.
