Hello TTG,

Some of you probably remember me from the "How to stop receding hairline" (Post to hairline video) video

All you need to be doing is your compound exercises like, bench press, deadlifts, squats. This is how you get gains, so important to log how much you can lift each week is what i do. after you do you compound exercise you can then do other exercises such as bar pull downs, curls, but you need to focus more on the compund exercises.
The other reason you aint seeing gains is you probs aint getting enough creatine from you food, so might be an idea to buy a simple creatine supplement. Creatine is pretty much the only legal supplement that works and you will get big and see massive gains, it helps if you have good genetix as well.

if you wanna get gains wheres what u do
Eat every 3 hours
Take creatine 5 to 10 grams each day
Do compound exercises
Go gym 5 times a week 1 hour each time
Get loadsof sleep and rest remember your muscle recover the most when you sleep so have a protein shake before you sleep, get a shake with BCAAs in it, this will help with the recovery process.

I know all this works becuase this is what i do and i get mad gains quick.
