Dont Add your phone # to your account if you have t Mobile AT%T OR Boost mobile and dont make a backup email another outlook or yahoo thats already been made.

I didn't have a number on it my backup email was a gmail

Gmail's are Jackable if you have a # linked to them and there was a Method to take them but a few know how to its not a widely known method

With a Jtag or RGH Theres a way to pull the email off of accounts and typically they dox the email theres a few databases if you use HF or OGU they've posted on there and you can search emails and sometime it'll give you a current password or previous passwords
