Need a 2nd build for my travels.

What is your budget and currency? $1200
Do you need a monitor? Yes
Do you need a keyboard? Yes
Do you need a mouse? Yes
Do you need an operating system? Yes
What will you use the PC for? Gaming, minor video editing now and then

Please include Wifi chip, as well. SSD is needed for this build.

Will be playing games like GTA, ATS, Overwach, BF4, Counterstrike

I'd prefer intel, but am open to ryzen as well if whomever making build feels that'd it'd be better for my needs.

Thank you and will +rep.

Little more detail.

What kind of keyboard would you like? (mech, mem, or a mix)
What kind of mouse? (are you a macro type person?)

Monitor preference? (ultrawide, 1440p, 4k, 1080p)

You can likely just go to Amazon, or eBay and pick up a cheap wifi adapter, Edimax, well really anything from their lineup handles most home connections fine.

Mechanical preferably.
Macro mouse would be nice.

As far as monitor goes, I'd love a 4K one, but not sure if my budget will fit this. If not, I'd go with whatever your personal opinion is for my best option in my price range. Would just like at least 24" if possible.

Thanks!

$1210 and some when the rebates end. If you get this all now, you can pick up a cheap copy of windows (kinguin, g2a, ETC), or well there are other ways to get a copy. Monitor overclocks to 75hz, and the 580 can easily handle this on most games.

It is cheaper with Ryzen, but you are going to be bumming a little when it comes to RAM speed. Prices for RAM are way over right now, and going with even single sticks is fairly pricey.

Same build just with Ryzen. Drops the total a little, but less overall gaming performance.

EDIT: stated in the last post where to go for adapters. Don't spend more than $15-20 if anything. A cheap edimax will work fine.

RIP: FORGOT KEYBOARD AND MOUSE Ryzen seems to fit better with budget parts. If you are willing to pay the little over 1260-70 for the intel system then go with the kb/mouse i linked, both are FAIRLY high quality. Personally one of the best feeling and tracking mouses i have had in a long time. Besides the DPI is insane on one of the settings, it is weighted which is a nice touch for a cheap mouse, you can change the weights at any given point. As for the keyboard, you are getting a nice tenkeyless custom switch mechanical keyboard, for the price given is nice. Used it for a while, would use it as a main if i wasn't into corsairs lineup of mechanicals. k65...

Now I did make a build including a 1070 but I decided not to go with it since you needed the SSD. The 1060 should be perfectly fine for what you need and I believe this will be a good starting point for you.
