So I'm in university and am looking to get a 27-28'' monitor to watch Netflix and play ps4 on. So far I've narrowed down my choice to these 2 monitors and would like to have your opinions on which one to get.

My budget is £200 so if you have a better option I would appreciate it or should I wait for Black Friday sale? Thank you
EDIT: Well now I've narrowed down my choice to these two and would like to know what the differences are please

I would also recommended BenQ. I have an Asus which is amazing but BenQ is one of the best monitors imo.
