i rang someones number and he instantly answered without the phone ringing what does this mean?

He's hacked into your phone and managed to answer the phone via your phone from the NSA watchtower hidden in your bedroom.

He probably was just holding his phone as you called him?

I always do this when someone phones me, Because im always on my phone and typing it answers as im typing.
