Already?
I doubt it, unless people are still using pokemon bank and transferring them over from old games (e.g X & Y) but I think Nintendo are still ontop of that and patching it.

Why not just CFW your 3DS and use PKSM?

Edit: You can use PKSM without a CFW installed. You just need an entrypoint into homebrew channel.

Don't waste your time and money with powersaves. Homebrewing your 3ds is probably the best thing you can do to it. It's extremely easy and the guide is very in depth. You also get a load of advantages out of putting CFW on it. Such as running homebrew apps (like PKSM), emulators, customization, backing up and installing cart games so you can play without the cart, playing your completely legal backups.

Any system version is exploitable. You just need to look at 3ds.guide with newer versions you need an ntrboot card. Which cost about $15 but it is worth it in the long run, especially since you can just sell it after as it's no longer needed.

I can get you any pokemon, any level, with any move, as well as modified ev's, nature, and removal of the fateful encounter tag.

Let me know if you're interested!

It's a million times easier to use an old form of powersaves. No homebrew, no screwing up your 3ds. Just good ol fashioned trades! While you can definitely get more out of homebrew, for just pokemon purposes it seems to be a bit much man.
