Remembrance Sunday (Nearest Sunday to Armistice day) no matter what race or religion you are welcome to join in. A national ceremony is held at the Cenotaph on Whitehall, 2 minutes of silence is held at 11:00 which represents the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918 when the guns in Europe fell silent during WW1
The day is rather sombre but means so much to so many.
