Just want to buy a prebuilt pc that can do basic Photoshop editing and Sony Vegas and play games like pubg and overwatch at a good fps

Since you haven't included location, currency or even a budget, I'll say one thing. You're better off buying the parts and building it yourself, you'll get it alot cheaper and it's an easy task to build. It's lego.
