Doubt it tbh, people have been after them for years.
But surs theres some kind of generator tho that checks for unused ones, might be worth looking into.

If they did know of them I doubt they would tell you a open og gamertag.
Most of them have been taken for years and the only way to really get one these days is to buy one.
It is highly unlikely you will find one by searching.
