Open CMD, do a system file scan just in case it's windows acting up. sfc /scannow
Disable start items which you don't need / want anymore
Uninstall any new software which is probably causing this.

i feel like it started when i installed winrar (free edition) from their website i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but didnt change
nothing starts up for me either anymore since ive been getting this error ive had to manually open everything that i usually had as my start items
ill try to do the scannow again and let you know exactly what it says
