I got the game an hour ago, set everything up and went into ranked and after I found 7 other players and the map pick came up I was immediately locked out and rewarded with a loss, happened now on the third game again ..

what do you mean by this? Do you mean you have to play solo through the 10 placement matches then after you can play as a squad? Or until like another season?
