So i need my usb to put so games on it for my ps3 but theres windows installed on it and i boot off it how can I make it boot of my hdd?

You can use Clonezilla to clone the windows from the USB to a hdd but it is always recommended to just clean install windows on the hdd
Or you can just google windows clone utility and find one you prefer
