K70 with MX Reds because it's super cheap right now, and IMO, the best keyboard on the market. Plus, it has RGB LEDs. Nice 4k monitor because that's what you should be aiming for with this budget, and it is priced well. I'll leave some alternative monitor suggestions below. 1080Ti as requsted, and SLI support with the 850W PSU. Nice big SSD, add an HDD when you have some more money if you want/need. £35-40 for 1TB, or £55-60 for 2TB. Nice case with white interior and good airflow, add a Phanteks LED strip for £20 and you can sync up all the LEDs on the case, strip and motherboard. Plus the case comes with 2 x140mm fans with RGB LED fan frames on both. RGB RAM because it's pretty cheap for 16GB RAM in the UK right now and looks pretty good. 8600k because 8700k is stupid over priced, and you won't notice a difference in gaming between the 8600k and 8700k, especially at 4k.

Alternative monitors;
