So somehow a guy got into my paypal and my debit card is on it, I know I have my phone linked up to the account but it says they are getting passed that? How can I fix this and how are they doing it?

I've changed all my passwords and all that but I want to know how to make sure this does not happen again

I would call PayPal support, this also happened to me a couple years ago. They can add additional security that you yourself can't add. Also if anyone had bought anything, they can refund it.

I already requested refunds for all that but I am confused on what additional security they added? They can't add their phone number because it's not on my name so how did they get passed that?

I think PayPal has two step verification but ya should called PayPal support in order to not get targeted and hacked like that again. Glad you didn't lose any money man, cause that would be bad

Ensure your computer is free of any malware ma dude.

As mentioned you can contact PayPal or I would contact Action Fraud if you live in the UK, they will conduct an investigation to how it was 'hacked'.

If money was spent from your debit card contact your bank for help as well.

There is nothing wrong with my computer, they somehow got passed my mobile verification, I don't know how they did that?

Action fraud then. I know there was a loophole the other week with Google 2step which has been resolved since then.

PayPal may hold logging details for such issues not sure. Contact them or your local fraud squad.

No because they got into my account but they didn't have access to my phone but they requested money and accepted the phone identification, HOW did they get access to my phone or change the phone number or find out what the verification code was?!
