The event brings a free map to all players, Winter Carentan. The Carentan bonus map has been updated with a winter theme and is available to all players during the limited time event. The map will be added to all playlists in MP starting December 8.

Headquarters is also receiving a redesign for the holidays. It features snow, Christmas lights, Christmas trees, and more.

Alongside this, Gun Game will make its debut in Call of Duty: WWII with 2XP during part of the event. Sledgehammer Games will be rotating in new 2XP-activated modes in Call of Duty: WWII throughout the Winter Siege event.
