cant delete bootanim.xex from flash on my xbox 360
so im using filezilla iv set filepermissions to 777 so i can use everythign but it still aint working help plz

DO NOT do this if you don't have a way to reflash your NAND if you mess something up. You will have to rebuild a NAND image, and flash it if you mess this part up. Please keep that in mind before deleting this file from your Flash.
You can delete the bootanim.xex from the NAND via Free Style Dash Too. To delete the bootanim.xex via FSD, just go into Options>General Options> then towards the bottom of the check boxes list, you will see "File Manager Advanced Mode." Click that so there is a check next to it. You can now delete the bootanim.xex from the NAND in the File Manager. The NAND will be labeled as "Flash" in the File Manager.
Reboot your console, and now you should have a Fake Boot Animation without the Xbox Animation.
