My graphics card that I have right now is a EVGA 1070TI I am looking for a monitor that has at least 144hz atleast 24inches and 1080p or above. The most I will spend is 500 USD

Not for under $500. You're looking at $600 for a comparable monitor with G-Sync. I'd just get the PX277. It's a great price and you're not going to miss G-Sync.
